A couple of years ago I started using a wax called Buffalo Milke.

Not only is it a great product they is easy (almost too easy) to use, but it does not leave any residue, will remove any existing residue, will not make black stuff white, and will make black plastic and rubber black again.

It can also be used as a quick detailer too.

Amazing stuff. And BTW most of the cars in the family fleet are black.

The only thing about it, is it does not have any abrasives or cleaners in it so it works best on a finish that is in good shape.

No affiliation, etc ... Just a happy customer.

Hi Gang!
Hope everyone had a great Couple of holidays!!
I bought a couple of years worth of old Panorama's (PCA mag) (97 & 98) and one of the tech questions replied to the subject question like this: Paternak replied: Use Wurth Citrus Solvent Degreaser straight from the can to remove wax residue followed with Lexol Vinylex to keep it black.
Also, P21S Concours Wax does not leave a film or white edges on trim.&
rubber. P21S Concours contains Carnuba and Bees Wax.

Has anyone found something else that might work better or as well?
