   Actually Rick in my mind, $4.00 a gallon gasoline already seems like a
   bargain, and I have been a proponent for some time of higher gasoline
   prices ( $4.00 being kind of the cap) even if artificially balanced by
   much needed infrastructure taxes....( the only problem with that,
   taxes,) is that as usual they will not be used where needed and when
   the price of fuel rises again the taxes will not be reduced to
   maintain this balancing act, but the taxing body (ies) will have
   incorporated them into there own entitlement program.

   It is good to hear from the inside of the industry esp. from some one
   in whom we have trust

   It is good to see some of the progress that has been made recently
   within the auto industry into alternative fuels, but you and I will
   never live long enough to see our lack of reliance on oil as a
   foundation for most if not all of our needs. I believe that this whole
   process is one of evolution, unfortunately oft times driven by greed
   and power.

   And, thats my opinion.
