Richard and I did the Sacramento to Ashland, OR leg of the Mini-Michael
charity run.  That was, what, about 6 years ago?

A few years after that we did the Mt. Shasta dinner train in McCloud, CA.
He was going thru girlfriends like a revolving door.  Almost cancelled
the trip because he broke up with another one.  At the last minute,
he found someone to make the trip with.   It was a hot summer
day and they drove in his 355GTS with the top off.  They showed up
with one side of their faces very burned, the other side white.

I haven't heard from him in a few years.
