Obama already promised a " tax cut" for  95 % of Americans, even though only 
54 % actually pay federal taxes. Thus those other 41 % are actually getting 
a check from others pay for nothing . That used to be called a welfare 
handout and marxist redistributionism, before the holy one came to town .
