Halon was used in computer rooms - ya know, big box computers. So if halon is no longer used in buildings, what protects big box computer rooms now?

Hey Gang,

Someone commented earlier that Halon fire gear may no longer be available.
I just got a flier from Aircraft Spruce offering these units. They're
designed for airplanes but to me that just means that they're made well and
are light weight!

No connection.

PS: This is also the vendor where I found and bought new air ducts for my
308GTB.

In the fire protection industry for buildings, Halon is no longer allowed to
be used in new designs and installations, but is still acceptable to
recharge for existing systems.

I would assume the same applies to vehicle fire suppression.
