I just bought a set of 16" wheels to replace my Mondials 390 metrics.  The 
Mondial's offset is unique so the wheels are expensive.  On my 308GTB I have 
328 (non-ABS) wheels.  They update the look just a tiny bit but nothing like a 
set of 20s. :-P

Personally, I have run away fromt he metric size as fast as possible.  New 
tires are $400-$600 each!  I bought new wheels at about $300 each plus another 
$90 per tire.  Perhaps the same cost - but only once.
