Yep.  Brake coolers for when the car is standing still after a run. Some are 
electric and some are gasoline powered.  The F team uses electric, I believe.  
Same kind of thing used for the radiators.  I've had to pick them up and move 
them out of the pit lane before. :-P  Gawd I loved that job. :-)
