I was a mathematician when I got out of graduate school and landed my first job 
with the Navy in 1972, then got reclassified as a scientist...then retired as a 
Electronics Engineer (DP-855-IV)in 2006.  Got my Ferrari in 1997...so it took 
me 25 years.  Main regret is waiting that long....life is waaaaaaay too short!
