   This happened to me as well. First one of the pulls came off or got
   stuck, I was able to put it back on and stake it in place.



   Then sometime later, it broke.



   Then sometime after that the other working pull broke.



   I removed the cover and brought to my local upholstery shop that does
   car and boat interiors. This place is a small shop run by one elderly
   gentleman. He found a couple of pulls that fit the zipper and was able
   to replace them by just opening the seem at the ends of the zipper and
   then stitching those back together, so I didn't even have to have the
   zipper replaced.

   I managed to recover mine by tightening both zippers but one of them
   broke. The other is working great. My wife works with textiles and was
   able to find a very similar zipper to replace.
