Frankly, tho - from many different sources, the single event that scared the 
Ruskies the most, the one thing that made them sit up and say "Полное 
дерьмо, Борис" (holy shitzkie, Boris) was the 4th day of the Air Traffic 
Controller strike - oh, that's right, there WASN'T a FOURTH day.  Anyone not 
back to work got fired.
