My 348 had this happen while I owned it. The windows would move but
very very slowly.
For me this turned out to be a floating ground due to a wire breaking
off in the driver door wiring loom.
Check for a Big fat Yellow or Green Wire was what Mike at Ferrari of Dallas told me.... He was dead on with that.
Wish I had talked to him before field stripping the entire door and window mechanisms...

Matt, I read your post about you holding a tech session on your slow windows. By accident when I was at Ferrari of Atlanta, master brake reservoir leaking grommet, the 'race' tech drove my car to check out the 'brake failure light' i.e. low brake fluid. Two things he said made me happy, he said the brakes were better than any 328 he'd ever driven and the car was very fast! As I smiled he said he that the 5xxxx miles probably had something to do with being fast, but I thought of Clyde's rebuild several years ago. But why the brakes and then I told him he'd just driven the only 328 in the world with cross drilled rotors, and then he began to ask a lot of questions about what brand of rotors, etc. You're probably asking what this has to do with windows, well as I was leaving my passenger window sometimes worked and sometime didn't, and I mentioned it to him. He immediate said that Ferrari electrical system was basically the cause but no problem, FOA routinely rerouted the electrical system to the windows motors and no more slow windows! The reason I gave the background info was because I don't remember his name, just the race tech. So for you tech session you might want to call them and ask for the race tech and tell him the story to make sure you have the right guy. I'm sure he could provide some great info on slow windows. I couldn't get mine done because I was passing through and had to get back to Memphis. By the way FOA gave me GREAT service going on my trip and returning, put me in front of everybody and put great people to work on it. Ps. my car is still for sale, with great speed, greater brakes, but still slow windows!
