I'll always remember standing beside John Edgar's 450S Maserati while Carroll 
Shelby blipped the throttle, warming it up before the main event at the old 
Pomona Fairfrounds. Now there was a Weber howl for the ages! <g>

You know Fellippe, I think you're right.  My wonderful carbed 308GTB has the 
best Weber howl I have ever heard but the exhaust note is almost timid.  
Actually, I take that back.  The GTB's Weber howl is the second best I've ever 
heard.  The best is my friends early Countach with the SIX Weber DCOEs.  That 
sound is orgasmic!
