At my "Little Brother" Adam's wedding there were about two dozen officers from the Navy and Marines (Adam graduated Annapolis and is currently a Major in the Corps.) His Brother Jay whipped out his Kentucky Colonel medal and said "see I am a Colonel too" --- his pronouncement was met with groans from the assemblage. I laughed.
