Let's not be so naive....this wouldn't have been attempted without expressed 
go-ahead from the President. The FBI doesn't command Military Personnel to 
'engage'. Only Obama has that authority. And HE gave it.

Will we see US democrat house & senate members holding hearings now to find 
out why these foreign citizens were not charged with a crime in US courts, 
or arrested and brought back to the US  to have their laywers defend them in 
a US court, after being read their miranda rights as they demand the 
prisoners at Gitmo be given under Bush? Will they investigate if any  Geneva 
convention laws were violated by Obama and if he should be charged with any 
crimes ?Will we see the same outrage from France & Germany toward Obama as 
they did to Bush  when foreign citizes were killed by the US military ?
