I laughed out loud when the presidental news guy said, "Piracy doesn;t
happen in this day & age!" then he said more stupid stuff. If he bothered
to read the state departments announcements about dangerous places to avoid
when traveling he'd know where it is unsafe to travel! whether it's due to
Typhoid Fever, etc or pirates - they keep track of problems. Hmmm...
seems like the waters off Somalia are notorious for pirate attacks as is
Indonesia - which have very harsh penalties. Boaters are very aware of this
situation as was the captain of the vessel no doubt.
Ditto what Rick was --

For the past 8 years, whenever President Bush approved of a military strike on an AL Queda training camp, or other terrorist hideout, we heard a banshee of cries from the leftists over Bush being a war criminal, etc et ,etc, for murdering those " freedom fighters " or what other pretty word Code Pinko's, Moveon.org reps, MSNBC Keith Olberk00ks network would use to describe those foreign citizens that Bush" murdered without giving them due process in American courts." We had France, Spain & Germany announce trials indicting Bush and his administraton for these kinds of" war crimes". Surely these leftists will now show Obama the same outrage and demand to know why these " Maritime opportunists" were not captured, read their Miranda rights and brought to the US court for trial, - with an NYU ACLU Loy- Ya like Ramsey Clark of course, once the cargo ship Captain dove to safety and was no longer in danger. But as I suspect, these same liberals will no doubt be praising Obama and touting his supreme intellect in judgment, yada yada yada, in killing these foreign citizens without due process in US courts. Why would anyone expect anything different now that the chosen one is leading the US?Rick----- Original Message ----- From: Michael JamesTo: Rick Cc: The FerrariList Sent: Sunday, April 12, 2009 2:37 PMSubject: Re: [Ferrari] NFC: Navy Seals Perform awsome Rescue of US HostageYou're still in-doubt about how Obama's Democratic Administration feels about Piracy in International Waters? Do you need a recap on the body-count?M --- On Sun, 4/12/09, Rick <Forza355 [at] verizon.net> wrote: From: Rick <Forza355 [at] verizon.net>Subject: Re: [Ferrari] NFC: Navy Seals Perform awsome Rescue of US HostageTo: "Michael" <Cavallino_Rapante [at] yahoo.com> Cc: "The FerrariList" <ferrari [at] ferrarilist.com> Date: Sunday, April 12, 2009, 2:27 PM----- Original Message ----- From: "Michael James" <cavallino_rapante [at] yahoo.com>To: "Rick" <Forza355 [at] verizon.net> Cc: "The FerrariList" <ferrari [at] ferrarilist.com> Sent: Sunday, April 12, 2009 2:19 PMSubject: Re: [Ferrari] NFC: Navy Seals Perform awsome Rescue of US HostageLet's not be so naive....this wouldn't have been attempted without expressed go-ahead from the President. The FBI doesn't command Military Personnel to'engage'. Only Obama has that authority. And HE gave it. M ===================Will we see US democrat house & senate members holding hearings now to find out why these foreign citizens were not charged with a crime in US courts, or arrested and brought back to the US to have their laywers defend them in a US court, after being read their miranda rights as they demand the prisoners at Gitmo be given under Bush? Will they investigate if any Geneva convention laws were violated by Obama and if he should be charged with any crimes ?Will we see the same outrage from France & Germany toward Obama as they did to Bush when foreign citizes were killed by the US military ?Rhetorical question sarcasm in case anyone did not get it. _________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe or modify your subscription options, please visit: http://lists.ferrarilist.com/mailman/options/ferrari/cavallino_rapante%40yahoo.com Sponsored by BooyahMedia.com and F1 Headlines http://www.F1Headlines.com/ _________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe or modify your subscription options, please visit: http://lists.ferrarilist.com/mailman/options/ferrari/l02turner%40comcast.net Sponsored by BooyahMedia.com and F1 Headlines http://www.F1Headlines.com/
