Bubba - Yes, '09 rules changes included changing tires back to slicks.  Not 
sure about *sizes*.

And Larry, *what* aero aids are you referring to?  About all that's left after 
the '09 rules changes are front and rear wings... Oh!  *Those* aero aids!  ;-)
