Well somebody had to do it!

On the other hand it seems as if the old guard is getting there MOJO back
and will be more of a player in the races to come.
All this generic computer and tire stuff is making the F-1 grid boring.
But it is what it is.

Morning Clyde, et al.,

I too sense the lack of 'bling' in the 'sport' (read: circus). Without the
really big teams dominating the podium, the celebrations loose some of their
glamor. That all being said, I am really enjoying the diversity we're
seeing at the head end of the pack. Most everyone is struggling to find
setup, aero, KERS, power, tires, whatever. In short, the balance is off.
Only the Brawns appear to have all their screw heads aligned correctly. I
fear that the championships are lost but it is good to see Red Bull, Toyota
and now Ferrari coming back on pace. Its also good to see McLaren at the
back of the pack. :-P Renault is the other unknown. They too seem to surge
ahead then fail miserably. Perhaps that's just Alonzo demoralizing the
team. ;-)

I also thank you Clyde for actually posting an F1 thread!!! I can't believe
we had a Monaco weekend and basically nothing said thereafter.

Happy Wednesday,

Rick
