The determination of 'decent' is pretty arbitrary, but I have heard of 308 QVs trading-hands for as little as $25K from some folks who were desperate. I believe Lash discussed a 360 being let-go for the fire-sale price of $60K in the DC area last year? Wholesale prices, undoubtedly.
