Hey Chris: I can't believe that you either can't see, or are afraid to bring up
the similarity between Max and his late father Sir Oswald Mosley. After all,
Sir Oswald was der Fuhrer (the Leader) of the British fascist Blackshirts in
the late 1930's. And Max is 'der Fuhrer' of F1.

Let's face it, after uncle Adolf attended Sir Oswald's marriage to the sister
of Hitler's then English girlfriend, you'd have to think that Herr Max might
have a little dictatorial (der Fuhrer complex) blood in his veins. Especially
after Max spent the first four years of his life in a British prison with his
parents, who were serving time for treasonous acts against the Crown. (look it
up) I'm surprised that he hasn't written 'My Struggle' yet.

The photos of Max, on the rack, with Mistress Helga giving him a 'rectal
rejuvenation' with the handle of her whip, and her goose-stepping around the
VIP paddock on race weekends in her skin-tight black leather outfit?only prove
that, like his Austrian uncle, he thinks that he's?above all us Auslanders und
Untermench and can do no wrong.?I am told that he lives for his weekly
'treatments.'

So there you have it. The sooner that F1 is rid of der Fuhrer, and his Billy
Barty look-alike, the sooner we can get back to racing as we knew it back in
the good old days.

What say you?? --? Yer pal, Ferrari Bubba

In Monaco, Jenson Button and Brawn GP gave another totally convincing
performance, thereby extending their leads in the World Championships. Once
again, Rubens Barrichello played his part to perfection, while Ferrari has
clearly made huge strides forward, unlike Toyota and BMW.

However, for much of the weekend, attention was focussed on activities away
from the track as Bernie Ecclestone, Max Mosley and the teams sought a mutually
acceptable solution to the ongoing budget cap row.

The uncertainty over 2010 continues, though as you will see from our latest
news item - 'Peace in our time' - it appears there might be a solution as soon
as this afternoon (Friday).

It would be easy to add, 'let's hope so', but I am sure there are many of you
who would like to see the sport sorted out once and for all rather than the
teams rolling over yet again.

We have said it before and we'll say it again, there has to be a fundamental
change to the way the sport is run, its governance, if it is to move forward.
While nobody wants to see teams walking away from F1, far less starting a
breakaway series, now is surely the time for them to take on the dictatorial Mr
Mosley. If he wins again this time, he will surely stand for another term -
despite last year's assurances that he wouldn't - and in the next few years we
will see him wreak further damage on our sport.

With things forever changing in F1 this year, Mike Lawrence admits that it has
been difficult to refine an article before the situation changed yet again.
Therefore, what follows is more a number of "random observations". Among the
issues Mike ponders are; Lie-gate, Ron Dennis, Max Mosley, March in 1977, Lewis
Hamilton, double-diffusers, Mike Gascoyne, Ross Brawn, Bernie Ecclestone, CVC,
Ferrari, the 1988 championship, the budget cap, Turk Thrust, beards,
Sebastia/ens, Richard Branson, RBS and Anthony Hamilton, who, the good doctor
believes, has got "way too big for his boots". more
