Shortages? From where? Here? Don't think so....the Global Economy has not rebounded yet, so who, globally, is ramping-up oil consumption to 2005-2006 levels? Again, price speculation does NOT reflect reality here. Besides, unless Canada and Mexico reduce their output (I haven't heard that they have) then our current supply, and thus our prices at the gas pump, should remain largely stagnant. Clearly, they're not. I like free-market capitalism as much as the next person, but this just doesn't wash.
