It's hard to say from that photo, but they look like the 'clam shell' door handle used on the kamm tail Alfa Spider, 1971 through 1994.

AFAIK the only other cars that used these were some Ferraris ... The 400 comes to mind.

I haven't checked availability in a long time, so I don't know if they are readily available. Certain Alfa parts seem to dry up for a year or two, and then miraculously become available again.

Check with IAP, Highwood Alfa, centerline, and (as a last resort) Reoriginals.

LMK if you have trouble finding them, I have a few other Alfa sources up my sleeve.

Alrternatively, it is possible to disassemble them and have them rechromed.
