Hey, since we're on to realty - just how much do we tell a realtor about how fixed we are to buy a home? Guess they gotta know they aren't dealing with some jive ass flakes but then how much do we tip our hand? I don't want to be a dick about it, but then - - - - -

We are closing on a new house on Monday, which I'm very excited about
since I'll finally have some acreage on which to build a nice garage.

In shopping for insurance for the house yesterday, State Farm came back
relatively high. I called to ask the agent why, and she said she could
bring it down a good bit if they could also have our auto policy
(multi-line discount). I said OK, and she asked what cars we had. I told
her, and her response was...

"No... really..."
