Jules Ormont was born a poor black child in Arkansas. He developed a  
raspy voice early in life from licking toads. An insatiable satyr, he  
favored chubby women in thongs and cheap cigars. After changing his  
name, he rose ( some say fell) to the office of President of  The  
Untied States. Pun is deliberate. You may know him as WIlliam  
Jefferson Clinton - and THATS the rest of the story!
