No need to worry here What fails is the shock bushings The little round black things in the shocks and you need to check the rubber bushings in the suspension as well All of this is replaceable what you don't want to see is the shock bushings wear thru to the shock it self Then you need new shocks How you do the check is jack the car up You should hear no noise at all from the suspension Any creeking noise spells trouble With a 328 you will need to most likely need bushings all around The suspension is the key to a mid engine car handling Clyde ------Original Message------ From: rick Baumgartner To: Clyde Romero Cc: The FerrariList Subject: [Ferrari] 328 Suspension Sent: Nov 9, 2009 1:07 AM Hey boys, Just another quick question about my 328 search. Since these cars are over 20 years old now is the suspension something that needs to be of concern when buying. Do they tend to sag or need to be replaced after so many years? How can I tell if the suspension is tired or saging? Thanks a bunch guys!
