Recently I looked at a German 308 GTS QV 83,

I was looking at this car foe a particular customer....red ( rosso corsa ) /
black decent re paint, orig (metric wheels [ugh] but new XWX's).......it was a
decent car but needed seats recovered, exhaust work and possibly a
clutch........mileage showing was 27,451, which based on the few records with
the car may actually been correct, it was legitimately imported and had most of
the orig books.

It ran out well and thanks to exhaust problems sounded great.

We passed on the car and the owner put it on E-Bay....the sale was probably
over early this week in case you have the ability to go on line end find it, or
in case any of our listers may have seen it. I believe the offering would have
been under Crossroads but am not 100% on that.

BTW, I know the seller had turned down 25k

I hope this helps,

I know that my buyer is still out there, and will be happy to discuss your car
with him because that's what I do.......he is in Chicago, where are you?

Good luck, let me know if I can help you....others on this list can attest to
what I do, and why I do it.
Thanks, Phil
