Hi Larry, Unfortunately, it seems that MS Live Mail does not have the equivalent of Outlook's pst file (which contains pretty much everything in Outlook). WLM stores emails as individual .eml files. They are normally located by default in C:\Users\<userlogin>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail. If you've still got these files, you may be lucky. If not, can you restore from an old back-up? Good luck, Grahame -----Original Message----- From: Larry T [mailto:l02turner [at] comcast.net] Sent: Friday, 23 July 2010 5:34 AM To: Grahame Cc: The FerrariList Subject: [Ferrari] OT - Computer Question NFC No Ferrari Content Howdy - I have MS Live Mail (and I hate it).I had 2 accounts that were identical -same name, PW and settings. SO I wasgetting 2 of every email that showed up. I decided to delete one and got the typical warning that some emails would be deleted. Since I had doubles I figured it was ok. Well, it's not - it deleted all kinds of history & important stuff I wassaving. Naturally MS is of no help. Have tried some forums without gettinga answer. Are they gone forever? Why wouldn't MS send deleted emails to a recycle folder like all other files? (I know, they're idiots). Am I SOL?
