Now, I find myself thinking about upgrading to W7.
Larry Caveat - Win7 will not run many older programs nor support many devices.Although MS would like you to believe there are driver updates for everything, it just ain't so.
I've lost the ability to run my Midi, new HP printer, nearly new flatbed scanner, my Lexicon music studio, etc. And I can't find a copy of XP to reestablish my old computer. I've lost
about a week searching for updated devices but they aren't being written. Also Win 7 has no Run mode, or Dos support for many valuable older programs. XP IMHO was the peak OS
