This is a good point here,with all these mods there is no telling what the real 
issue is.

If you have a MOTEC, then NOTHING about the EFI is as it was.

Who tuned the thing?  Do they have the slightest clue?

Simple test.. When it finally starts, is there a plume of smoke from
the exhaust or not?

Plume = rich or wet start

None = lean or dry start.

Start there.
