In the effort to get some
money for my gall bladder surgery (to take place on Wednesday, November 24) I
had to sell my '96 Camaro SS (by SLP Engineering). Went to local Carmax
and they gave me an offer of $2500. Then I went to KC Motorsports in
Tulsa-where I'd purchased the car back in March of '07, and they bought the
car. They gave me $5400. Enjoyed talking to and driving home with
the co-owner, Chris Manning, a real gearhead. Will miss the Camaro, but
sometimes "ya gotta do whatchu gotta do".
Anyone with experience in
gall bladder surgery can feel free to private me on their experiences.
