Hi!

     What possible value is limiting RPM ranges; no street engine is going to turn 12K or 18K routinely?

     With a reduction in engines per car from 8 to 4 to 3, can those be rebuilt between races? Again no streetcar is going to run but 1 motor hopefully in the first ownership peiod.

     Why not admit F1 is not street driving.

PS Bono and U2 should be kneecapped or worse. Possibly Bernie's friends could

      kick some sense into them. At least Clapton buys and drives Ferraris.
