There are some draconian fines listed for such heinous offenses as disturbing 
mollusks but the speed fines are 35/70/100 for various speeds over the limit. 
Plus court costs. Don't mess with the mollusks though. $100 plus $10 a crab for 
small ones. And having three or more bear gall bladders in your possession is 
$10,000. Thank God I only have two!
