Hello

        Sad allegations about distorting road test results.

        Of course the USA Big Three used to be famous for

oddly faster test cars than your locakl dealer might offer.

         Just blueprinting components will boost performance

greatly. John Lingenfelter & Smokey Yunick showed just

what could be accomplished with "sort of" stock cars.

          Add porting, trick lubricants, trick fuel, etc and space

age coatings and the limits expand.

          Every company wants to look good and keep or expand

 market share. As Ferrari faces actually selling the FF that

may become even more significant a concern.

           Just my thoughts
