It will be really interesting, as they will be going back to multiple
pit stops and making pit strategy a major part of race strategy, and
that is what they wanted to go away from by banning refueling.

No refueling, but Pirelli are designing the tyres such that the hardcompound will only last 25 to 30 laps maximum and the soft about 10 to 12laps or so. Thus, multiple tyre change pit-stops tyre and lots of interesting tyre strategy decisions. For some circuits, there couldpotentially be 3 or even 4 pit-stops for some teams. Could be interesting.Cheers, Grahame ________________________________________From: Brian Keegan [mailto:bks281 [at] hotmail.com] Sent: Friday, 25 February 2011 4:18 AMTo: Grahame Cc: The FerrariList Subject: [Ferrari] Bahrain GP is still on!!! (Slight Changes)So, no refueling again this year I assume? The only pit strategy will be inhow long it takesthe teams to change the "tracks" on the interim models right? Has the newtire supplier(Pirelli?) had enough development time for "hard" and "soft" compound tracksyet? Average race speed will be much lower than last year's I'm guessing.
