Man! I've been away since mid Dec (email problem) and only just learned of Tom's passing. He had a great collection of books didn't he? Best of l luck, David in selling the collection and helpng Karen - I'm sure she appreciates it. Even though Tom has been gone for 1 month + I suspect she's still lost and wondering how she will continue.
After 36 years of being with somone it must be very difficult to let them go.
I'm glad she was able to send us a note and keep us informed -
Ya'll have a nice week -

Subject: [Ferrari] Tom Reynolds' Library
Hi folksâ.
I have been in contact with Karen, Tomâs widow, and I have offered to assist in re-homing some of the books Tom had collected over the years. Many of them are car related, so I thought it might be a good way to help Karen out with a few dollars if I somehow made them available for anyone whoâs interested to buy.
There are several hundred, and I was going to put them on eBay, but, I have decided to put them up on photo album type website so you can all have a look, and if thereâs anything of interest to you, just make an offer which Iâll pass on to Karen.
If there are multiple offers for some books, Iâll let those who have made the offers know what the best offer isâ. Just in case someone wants to offer more J
Remember â this is also a fund raiser of sorts. I figure that since many of us are driving Ferraris we can probably do a bit better than a buck for a book. Some of the books are true classics.
There are car books, bicycling books, and a few others â some fun, some serious.
Thanks for looking, and thanks in advance for helping out.
