You can go to the official F1 site: http://www.formula1.com/default.html. for the schedule of upcoming races, next up is Turkey this coming weekend.

There is a way to see F1 live on the net by going to www.watchf1.net. It a pay site however there are no commercials.

I think that some ESPN and Speed stations also carry some F1, however since I neutered my TV years ago I can't be sure.
