Don't know too much about B&Bs since I live here, but it's tough to beat the location of the Planters Inn. The intersection of Meeting and Market is very ideal....close to King and East Bay streets, roughly halfway between Calhoun and Broad street. I just did a google search of B&Bs and they are all in good locations, most of them by the waterfront.I like to stay at the Planters Inn. Not a B&B but the service and the location are superb.Peninsula Grill is one of the best restaurants in town IMHO.

A very walkable city, you probably won't use your car much during your stay.
Erik, I'll be around that weekend....it would be nice to finally meet up!
