There's an app for that. : )

I saw Google has an app for Android (and maybe generic for PCs or iOS aka iPhone) which will translate a photograph of language text into another language.  Saw it demo'd, but don't recall anything useful like its name or a link.

Howdy all -
My MIL’s 2nd husband left what appears to me to be some sort of financial document.  It’s in a frame and all I can read is 5-1/4% & 3.000.000.000 -  with periods where I would expect commas to be.  The rest of it looks like Hebrew (he was Jewish) but it could be Russian or any other language for all I know.

It’s framed (it was on the dining room wall) and the back has what looks like coupons – a total of 20 with 3 missing.  I have a dig. photo of it if anyone has experience with this stuff.   I doubt it has any value but I’d like to know what it is...

Anybody want to take a shot at it?

TIA -
