Unless FNA or FML kept track of US importation quantities and publically shared that data, that number may be hard to find.  Factory numbers of 'total' production runs for GTS and GTB cars, each, for 1985 are available, but US and Euro quantities were never differentiated - not that I've seen.  Chassis Serial-number 'ranges' slated for road-legal US production cars have been used to extrapolate the US quantity, but this is a best-guess.  Alan Henry's 'Ferrari DINO 246, 308 and 328' book only lists UK and total factory production figures for the entire run.  My edition of Wallace A. Wyss's 'Complete Guide to the Ferrari 308 Series 'was written BEFORE the QV production started in 1982, there is a newer print which may be helpful.  If you really, REALLY need to know, I would call Mr. McCay Sr. at Boston Sports Cars who was with FNA at that period (he was in charge of US importation in New Jersey, and probably laid hands on EVERY legal-US-spec car that came off the boat in the early 1980s and would have had access to US importation numbers).

Quick question...............can anyone lead me to a source containing production numbers? .....Trying to find out how many 1985 308 QV gtsi Euro versions were produced.
