I suppose I could have made this into a trivia contest -- but perhaps not a very challenging one. The article that I got it from today points out what is perhaps obvious: Argentina's place at the top is due to Fangio.
(Yes, it's ranked by lowest races/wins -- whereas the inverse, highest wins/races would have made more sense to me. 6 of one, half dozen . . . .)
