Robert I am sad for you as well - but glad the car was sold.  It has been a heavy weight on my shoulders - wanting it badly but not really able to afford it right now.  At least now the temptation is gone.

Lester,
It has been so long, I don't know. It is basically a reflect list (I think that's what it is called), that sends the posts either as individual emails or as a digest.
Listers' help me out here! Maybe someone needs to bow down to Steve?

Charles,
Yes, I'm sad, but Lester is so excited, I'm happy! Welcome him to the LIST! Now when can I borrow one of your Ferrari's and what track do we want to meet at? I believe with the A/C on you only lose 5HP in the Testarossa if I remember correctly.

Lester,
Wait, WAIT, WAIT! You haven't heard of Clyde, you've completely missed EVERYTHING! Go to the FerrariLIST and ask for Clyde!
Robert
PS, Clyde will you loan Lester your valve equipment, he'll replace whatever shims are needed, Rick Lindsay will watch out for it, if that's any reassurance!

Lester,
I am not a mechanic and all I do know is to take it to the proper people to service it. That's about all I know, so when you get outside the 'do the service' realm I'm lost. If Wade said something, then do it! Like I said I buy them chocolate donuts! Remember Clyde also have the valve adjusting equipment and shims.
Don't forget, do NOT use second gear until the car heats up the gear box 'tar'.
Enjoy,
Robert

Robert,

I spoke to Wade (?) at FOA and he suggested that changing the belts would be fine for now but to expect to do valves next time around.  He, as well as everyone else I've heard from, had good things to say about you and the car.  I am going to check aux belts, hoses, get the A/C up to snuff.  I'm expecting the parts for the belt change to be in today and the boot cover bits to come in later in the week. I'm still going through all the receipts to see when different things were done.

Thanks again,

Lester
