Don't know if you want the original socket thingy just for completeness
or one to practically use. This is the one I bought for actual use.
Whacking the OEM one with the lead hammer is a recipe to injure all
participants simultaneously.

Hi Friends,

Yesterday I wrote,

Today I visited the shop and learned the source of the problem. Just as
sometimes happens with British sports cars, the flex hose between the
fitting and the caliper had failed internally and was functioning as a
one-way valve, partially locking the brake on that corner.

The shop found a replacement brake hose (at O'Reilly Auto Parts, of all
places!) and have since replaced it. When I left the shop this
afternoon, they were flushing all corners of the system and refilling
and flushing with fresh DOT4 fluid. I'll pick it up tomorrow afternoon.

Anyone have the 8-sided wheel nut socket to sell, left over from TR
ownership? I need to buy one but flinch at the new price.
