For those of you not familiar, Egan writes for Road and Track and similarly comes across all sorts of interesting projects, trips and knowledge. Being a 70's child I have limited interest in most things pre-Countach, but when Lindsay or Egan writes about them I find them fascinating and engaging regardless. Some of Egan's stories about restoring old Lotuses (Lotii?) and such just make you feel like you're in the garage helping. Same for Rick...

AWESOME write-up!!  I can only *WISH* that I had the time, resources, and most of all, know-how to undertake a project like that!  Heck, I'm still having trouble with my stupid little Spitfire......  (and I'm embarrassed to say how many years that project has been on-going.....)  sigh......
