This thread (and my friendship with Rob) was cause to pull my CU CDs out and listen to them while working in the garage.   Sadly, not on the Ferrari but on some Anti-siphon valves for the irrigation at the new house.

AJ and all,

Here is some press on the new release which has Gary Reeds QV as the last track!!!  Still not making much money about an oil change a year (DIY) :-)

but still seem to have a following 20 years after the band broke up.  My mother just passed away and I am moving a bunch of old "CIRITH UNGOL" stuff 

from my old room and found 5 cases of fan mail. Pretty amazing reading from Athens GA to Athens Greece.

BTWI was looking out the front door of the Whisky when the camera rig went by. We were all wondering what is was. Our name was removed from the LP but glad it is still on the

marquee in the film!.  I just which my 15 minutes of fame would have been more like Eric Clapton or Nick Masons!  HA

So, I'm watching Richard Pryor Live on the Sunset Strip on Netflix... and the opening intro pans down Sunset Blvd on the way to the show, and as they pass on theater I notice that the marquee for that night's show is none other than our own Robert Garven's Cirith Ungol!  Just thought that was pretty cool.  Always cool to see a Lister in a roundabout way...
