I had a cute little 1963 MG Midget I was restoring, after converting the valves and seats to burn unleaded, and placed the head on the block oil squirted between the head gasket and block. The block was warped, so I pulled the head off, got out a cross cut file and planed the block. Put it back together and she ran oil tight until I sold her the next week. Not expenisive cars to work on, if you like working and not driving. Of course it was red.

Unless he put in the insulation kit on the floor boards
Driving that car would be like driving on the surface of the sun!
Those cars are cute but are as reliable as a HUGO!( notice the Britts never tried space exploration)
Or as my friend who owns and likes British cars says
Itâs a Jaguar without all the Panacheâ

Hi Guys,
My neighbor just finished restoring a 1966 Austin Healey Sprite, with no Ferrari parts â however it is red J If anyone is interested I can forward photos and contact info. Original engine with about 60k miles (1098cc), new clutch, new tires, new soft top, new interior, assorted extra parts, etc
Thanks,
