I would get new extenders, they go bad after about 10 years and new wires from I bought black with extenders that matched my OEM ones just my 2 cents Robert W. Remember the Emision Control sticker I spoke about ? I needed a new one. For months and months I searched on the internet and could not find anybody with that sticker. Except ItalianCarParts of course. It was $56.00 plus $15.00 for shipping. Just the shipping charge was outrageous. Put a sticker in an envelop and mail it to Canada. Couldn't be more than $1.25 stamp. I actually solved my problem. I had the wrong plug wires for my 2000 Ford Focus for over a year sitting in my room. I threw away the bill and could not return them. I cut one wire and got the steel connector off and boom same size as the plug extension. Awesome! I'll test it tomorrow.
