Just to hand…….

"Police say that before the amateur began filming, Chabbott grabbed the ticket book from the cop and ignored orders to stay on the sidewalk.

Pratt, who stars on MTV’s “The Hills,” is seen on the video watching, then riding away in the car, driven by a friend.

Chabbott was illegally parked and the Spider had no registration or inspection stickers displayed. The car also lacked a front license plate. He was charged with assault, vehicular assault, obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct."

No source, I’m afraid.

What kind of freak willingly puts his foot under a moving vehicle? One that's wearing Bates steel toe tactical shoes, and knows it won't hurt?  Was this "justification" for additional charges? If said officer knew this, his actions were fraudulent.  Ferrari owner was aggressive, but we don't know what transpired prior to rolling the vid.  What we know is said dumb ass willingly put his foot under a rolling vehicle, he's not a shinning white knight saving NYers from luxury car owners, he's there collecting revenue so Bloomberg can legislate >16oz surgery soft drinks among other things.

Can't control what douchebags buy....

Unfortunately they buy 99% of the cool cars out there.

But if people actually had to sign up to these rules at purchase, what would rich douche bags buy?  They already probably have a BMW, Audi or a Porsche...

In no way do I condone what the cop did. I just think that the driver instigated the situation. The cop did not drive over his own foot. :)

Ok, I'm trying to figure out which one it is.....narrowed it down to two:

2. I will always be polite, courteous, and friendly. I will not talk down to or ignore anyone, and I will cheerfully answer all questions. Exotic owners wrongly suffer from a "snob" label. By actively and always countering this, I will strive to change this perception among all whom I meet.

8. I will always have a smile on my face when inspecting, driving, or showing my cars to others. I will never forget how fortunate I've been to own such automobiles and I will constantly remind myself that the future is uncertain, and that today may be as good as it gets
