0.07 Cop at side of red exotic writing something.

 

0.08 Someone comes along side of car and gets in – (owner?  Bold thief?)

 

.014 Cop continues to write something (VIN?  Love note “say, bitchen car – where did you get it?  How much?  Moves towards LF fender almost touching it and into cars path

 

0.15 Guy starts car – with key or universal 458 stealer gadget?

 

0.17 Cop continuing to write, takes a secondary stance and moves well into path of vehicle

 

0.19 Car revs up and starts to move forward - Cops knee touches car at same time places L foot well under car

 

0.22 Cop bends down, pulls foot out from under car, and says something to driver.  Stop?

 

0.23 Cop replaces foot well under car

 

0.24 Cop flinches and pulls foot out from front (?) of tire or he knows its going to get run over.

 

0.28 Cop wiggles foot from between tire and roadway, bends down and smacks window.

 

Hmmmmm - Within 20 seconds – the lives of at least two people and more than likely a lot more before this is over with will have changed.

 

Stuuuupid driver – tauntingly aggressive and mum cop.

 

Bet the adrenalin levels in both the driver and cop were at all time highs.  Should both give immediate 2 pint blood donations which would be taken the local hospital critical emergency room for instant patient revival.
