Did not go (the price of hotel stopped us).
But your question about commute in/out reminded me of one year at the F1 race held at Indy they changed the exit path and it took 4 hours to get on the interstate, normally we left after the race and were home by midnight, that day we spent the night in Terre Haute.
Back in the day Riverside was a bit of a hassle geting out.
Lagua Seca was not to bad.
I would hope if they just had a 2 lane road in and out they used both lanes as a 1 way out.
