Adam, let me know if you're serious and I can put you in touch with a guy who has a few for sale.
The Laforza expert is in LA but there isn't much that I've seen so far to confuse a good local mechanic.
It is a lot of fun and is a great 80s/90s conversation piece.
It won't replace your modern Lexus or Range Rover but for a reliable, weekend, cars and coffee conversation piece, it's perfect.
It will also make for a fun tow vehicle for an old Ferrari.

Fascinating! I want one! At those prices, where can I find a perfect one and someone near the SF Bay Area who knows them and can do all the cognoscenti improvements ... who'd have thought to improve the window winder performance?
Fascinating machine! Bravo! Bravissimo!

I've heard the same about rust, but mine is spotless and I don't plan on exposing it to any salt anytime soon...
Also, almost all of the body and frame is painted/coated so rust would be tough unless you really buried it in salt.
Amazing piece of hand assembled Pinninfarina history for little $$$$.

I just picked one up and it is pretty cool.
The brainchild of one of the family involved with Fissore coachbuilders, it was designed in the 80s by Tom Tjaarda.
Pinninfarina was hired to build it using an Iveco heavy truck frame on the same assembly line as the Testarossa. This is evident as you can see many similarities in body construction, interior materials and fasteners as a period Ferrari/Detomaso/Maserati.
Mine has the Ford 5.0 HO engine with a rare factory supercharger.
A lot of fun for the $$$.
