Dale: Burned Lambo is a late Miura SV. CAn and most definitely will be rebuilt. Current values on SVs are running close to $1M. Even if you had to rebuild from the frame rails up, it would be worth doing. Scottie On Apr 9, 2013, at 9:13 PM, dale sailors <sailorsdaleedward [at] yahoo.com> wrote: Hello,
As we discuss possible rises in sales prices for the F40, F50, etc.,
did anyone notice the yahoo news video of the lambo miura sv burning
in the UK? Given the obvious serious damage, do you think that vehicle
could be restored with any hope of ever coming out ahead? I understand
a number of F458s burned too. Were any restored? What is Ferrari's Policy
or attitude on that? I understand several ENZOs have been extensively rebuilt.
Given the common China or Japan attitude about not fixing damaged items,
will we see a parade of damaged units coming west for restoration and new owners?
